I have a couple questions (sorry if I am asking something already asked).

1. Is there a chance we will meet Blood Wyne at all?
2. Re Tara's question: Would you really want your books made into movies/TV?
3. Are there firm plans in the works for a new series?

Probably the most influential writers on my work have been Ray Bradbury (by far my favorite), Daphne du Maurier, Stephen King, Bram Stoker...I read a lot of genres and writers, but those--they influenced my work.

Influential TV shows: Twilight Zone, Buffy, a lot of old horror and SF flicks. Shows that were on like Strange Luck, Medium, Kolchak the Nightstalker...movies like Queen of the Damned, Heavenly Creatures, the Innocents, Indiana Jones...too many to count.

First, let me state that I just luv all of your book series (including the Berkeley Prime Crime Mysteries) and enjoy your blog too. I really enjoy the fact that the women you characterize are powerful individuals that do not conform to the strange "ideals" being promoted by the media today.

Since the Otherworld series is 12+ now (including the anthologies/e-books/novellas) and the new Indigo Court Series, isn't it difficult to keep all the worlds separate?

Seems as if there are a lot of threads being woven in complicated patterns. Do you keep a journal to jot the individual story lines as ideas for future books come to mind?

This seems like a very complex world you have created. I would think a reader would have to follow the series from the beginning not to get lost or confused with the sub-plots, variety of characters and the interaction of worlds. Is it possible to pick up a book in the middle of the series, read it, and have it be a satisfying experience if you haven't read the previous books?
